Delivery

All Tala products are carefully designed and engineered to give our customers the best experience possible. That’s why we take extra care when delivering them to you, only working with couriers and carriers that we trust.

United Kingdom

  • All orders ship from our UK Distribution Centre.
  • Delivery to Mainland UK & Northern Ireland only, this excludes Channel Islands.
  • Free Standard delivery offered on all orders over £200.
  • We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.
  • Delivery costs quoted at checkout.
  • Orders placed in the United Kingdom ship with Royal Mail or DPD, depending on service selected. 

Delivery Services

    • Standard (4-5 Working Days)
      • Shipped with one of our standard courier partners, delivery aim 4-5 working days from order placement.
    • Express (1-2 Working Days)
      • Shipped with one of our express shipping partners, delivery aim 1-2 working days from order placement. Delivery aim only guaranteed on UK mainland orders.
    • Premium (1-2 Working Days)
      • Shipped with one of our premium shipping partners, delivery aim of 1-2 working days from order placement. All orders delivered before 12pm.

      Returns + Refunds

      Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) to us within 28 days of delivery for a full refund, providing they are in original resalable condition. Shipping, handling and other charges are non-refundable.

      All returns must be pre-notified to our customer service team using this Return Request Form.

      Any returns received without pre-agreement could be lost or returned to sender, at the customers expense.

      To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and uninstalled, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note all hard-wired items, including pendants, ceiling lights, chandeliers, cannot be returned once installed, unless they are proven faulty.

      Damages and issues

      Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Please provide images of the damage / issue so that we can investigate the issue in full. Damages or delivery errors will be investigated and replacement(s) issued where required.

      Exceptions / non-returnable items

      All hard-wired items, including pendants, ceiling lights, chandeliers, cannot be returned once installed, unless they are proven faulty. If you are having issues with a hard-wired product, please reach out to customerservice@tala.co.uk so we can assist where possible.

      Exchanges

      If you would like initiate a product exchange, please use this Return Request Form. Please reach out to customerservice@tala.co.uk to confirm return.

      Refunds

      We aim to issue refunds within 14 business days of their return, pending a quality inspection. Refunds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
      Shipping, handling and other charges are non-refundable.
      Refunds will not be issued if the item(s) is damaged on installation or by a third party. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@tala.co.uk.

      Warranty

      All Tala LED light bulbs and luminaire products are subject to our Warranty Guarantee. The above policy is based on the UK Online and Distance Selling Regulations.
