The Muse Bulb Replacement Programme

Ensuring the safety of our customers is our utmost priority, and we consistently monitor the performance of all our products. We have recently been informed that a few customers have encountered issues with the bulb in the Muse Portable Lamp, specifically from batches numbered between 01/21 and 01/24 inclusive.

While this issue is low risk (0.0074% incidence rate) it involves the potential of overheating the battery. The Muse light devices themselves are safe to use. The issue is limited to the light bulb only and does not impact the device. We will run a free bulb replacement program for those customers with the effected batches.

If you own a Muse Portable Lamp with a batch number between 01/21 and 01/24, please stop using the lamp immediately and click this link to register for a replacement bulb.

Your safety is our top concern, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our customer support team at productquality@tala.co.uk or +44 7700 170343.

Please note: this issue does not affect any of the Muse Portable Lamps currently being sold on the Tala website.
