Caring for your Tala lighting ensures it continues to brighten your spaces beautifully for years to come. Our high-quality bulbs and fixtures are designed to stand the test of time, and with a little care, you can keep them looking and performing their best. Please retain all product information and instructions for the lifespan of the product.

• Always turn off power at the mains and allow the bulb or fixture to cool fully before commencing maintenance.
• We recommend the installation of all hardwired fixtures to be performed by a qualified electrician and following all necessary health and safety standards. All fittings must be installed in accordance with appropriate Building and Wiring Regulations
• Do not pull or expose the fixture cable with excessive force.
• Regularly clean the fixture with a feather duster or lint-free cloth to avoid dust build-up. Remove the bulb from the fixture, handle with gloves to prevent oil transfer, and avoid using solvents, abrasives, water, or vigorous rubbing to protect the surface.
• Do not place fixtures in conditions where they will be exposed to moisture levels exceeding their IP rating. See our guide to IP Ratings here.
• Do not over-tighten the bulb to the fixture and make sure to allow a small amount of flex.
• Once the bulb is installed in the fixture, check it is secure before turning the power on.
