Tala is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, whatever their ability or the technology they use.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We test the site regularly with automated tools and fix issues as we find them. Recent work includes clearer labels on buttons and links, larger touch targets, and better structure for screen readers.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site are provided by third parties, such as our cookie banner, newsletter and back-in-stock sign-up, payments and reviews. We don't fully control these, but we work with those providers to improve them.
